Our general terms and conditions apply unless particular and special conditions are mentionned at the time of making your online reservation. This is especially important in cases of special offers allied to restricted cancellations or amendments.

Booking Conditions

    To benefit from our rates, you need a credit card in order to guarantee and pay for the booking. Your credit card will be charged 10 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings made less than 10 days before the arrival, we charge your credit card within 24 hours.

    You will receive the voucher by email on the day we have debited your credit card. Please sign the voucher and hand it to the reception upon your arrival at the hotel. We can send the voucher by fax if you wish so.


Amendments

    If the amendment extends the length of the stay already booked, only the relevant amount for the extra nights will be debited from your credit card.

    If the amendment either shortens the length of the stay already booked and confirmed, or modifies the room type already booked and confirmed, 10 days or more prior to your arrival, an administration charge of 15 Euros will be debited from your credit card on the same day. If this same request is made 10 days or less prior to arrival, a 6% administration charge (minimum charge 15 Euros) shall be retained off the amount to be refunded.

In case of amendments made 4 days or less prior to arrival, and said amendments result in either the cancellation or the rebooking to a later date of this first night, the amendment charges will amount to the full value of this first night.


Cancellation

    In case of a cancellation made 10 days or more prior to arrival an administration fee of 15 Euros will be debited from your credit card on the day of your cancellation. In case of a cancellation made between 4 to 10 days prior to arrival, an administration fee of 6% of the total due (minimum charge 15 Euros) will be retained. In case of a cancellation less than 4 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show at the hotel, the cancellation fee will equate the rate charged for the first night of your stay.

    Any refund will take into account all above charges, and will be debited/retained from your credit card according to the above terms and conditions.
