Which documents will I be receiving upon making my reservation ?

Your reservation will first be confirmed to you via email, to be followed, when the payment will have been debited, by your voucher, again sent to you by email. Please present this voucher at reception upon your arrival at the hotel. Your invoice will be available online the day after your departure date.
Which documents do I need to show upon arrival ?

You will be required to present a voucher, which you will have received via email on the same day your credit card will have been debited. In order to validate the hotel payment with this voucher, you will need to have printed and signed it. It is also possible that you be requested to present the credit card you used for payment of the hotel upon check in.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel ?

It is quite rare that a hotel offer a private parking within its grounds, however there is most of the time a public parking close-by. What do the rates featured on your website include ?

All rates offered are fully inclusive of all relevant taxes. Are therefore included, bedroom, local tax (except if otherwise stated at the time of reservation), VAT, and breakfast, the latter only when it is clearly specified in the hotel description. Usage of the telephone line in your bedroom, the minibar, and any other services offered by the hotel are not included in the rate featured.
I may arrive late at the hotel on my date of arrival. Should I let you know of it ?

Whilst most of our hotels are opened 24/7, it is always recommended you let us know of any late arrival. Please only mention your approximate arrival time within the "comments" field when making your reservation.
I want to book a double bedded room but the bed configuration is not specified ?

Bedrooms for two guests may be found under various denominations : double/twin, deluxe, superior, classic… however the amount of guests accommodated in each bedroom is always specified next to the denomination of each room.
Bedrooms for two guests may be equipped either with two separate beds, or one double bed. It is possible to let us know which of those two options you would prefer within the “ comments “ field when making your reservation. However note that considering the great differences of bed configuration in each of our hotels, we are never able to fully guarantee any particular configuration preference.
Can we add a child bed in the bedroom ?

This depends on the hotel chosen, and the type of room requested. Some hotels allow for the possibility to directly book online a triple family room(two adults + one child), the age limit for the child to qualify being specified.
In other cases, each hotel’s specific child policy is specified within the hotel’s description, in the "Extra Child Bed" section. This request for a free or paying extra child bed is to be requested within the "comments" field when making your reservation, and is fully subject to availability.
